1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments at Amavi Salon are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for colour services and bridal consultations. Walk-ins are welcome subject to stylist availability.

Appointment confirmations are sent via WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact number is correct when booking.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any advance payment made.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged.
• No-shows: Full service charge may be applied for missed appointments without prior notice.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge.

3. Bridal & Occasion Bookings

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure bridal appointments and large occasion packages. This deposit is credited toward the final service cost. A hair trial is strongly recommended prior to the event date.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at your consultation or before service commencement.

5. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with a service, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will work with you to correct any concerns at no additional charge within 7 days of your original appointment.

Refunds are not provided for services already rendered where the client has left the salon satisfied.

6. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Please inform your stylist of any known allergies, scalp conditions, or recent chemical treatments before your service begins. Amavi Salon conducts patch tests for colour services where required. We are not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.

7. Children & Salon Environment

To maintain a calm, premium experience for all guests, we kindly request that children under 12 be accompanied by a guardian and kept supervised at all times. We reserve the right to decline services if a client's behaviour disrupts the salon environment.

8. Photography

Photography within the salon is permitted for personal use. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written consent from salon management.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amavi Salon's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left at the salon.
